This recording was made to accompany our first show in April 2019 at St. Pancras Old Church in London. It’s made up from tape loops and improvised music from the ‘How To Live’ recording sessions. It was played before and during the performance, but you can use it how you see fit… a meditation, exercise or sleep aid.
